My name is Gia Heath. I am married to Mason and
have 1 son named Jackson Oliver (2 years old). Our
little angel Kaitlyn Michelle passed away @ 2 months old. We live in Whitney,
TX. Babies are something I have wanted all my life and
after many losses and years of trying unsuccessfully we finally
adopted Jackson & Kaitlyn.
I have always been doing artwork in some form or another, mostly
acrylic painting and woodworking but when I was
introduced to the world of reborn babies I was thrilled and
after my first baby there was no way back. I sold all the
acrylic paints and wood shop equipment and started right in.
I can now help other people adopt precious little babies through
my artwork. I am in my second year reborning babies now and have
worked steadily toward creating my own style to create the
ultimate in realism with each and every baby. I put my heart into every
baby I make and try to
create the best heirloom quality baby that I can for their new
mommies. The challenge for me is to create the most
lifelike babies and to always improve my skills to bring you the
best.
I also learned to sew about a year ago now ,which was brought about
because of the need for outfits for the babies. I now make
some of their outfits when time allows. The outfits for
each of my dolls are completely unique (I never dress any 2
alike) and each one comes with a full wardrobe plus lots of
extras. I plan on learning crochet and knitting next
(maybe lol)
I cannot imagine doing anything else now and hope to be doing it
for a very long time!
Regards,
Gia Heath
